y sis and her hubby celebrated 10 years of marriage today! Congratulations you guys!!!

I got to spend time with one of my favorite families yesterday and photograph them! I have had so much fun watching their little boy grow and now they are expecting baby #2. Thank you so much for being willing to make the drive to see me and for always being willing to try anything even if it is out of your comfort zone. My niece, Katherine, is my muse. She is where this whole thing started and she is turning 5 just 2 days before I turn 30!!! The time sure flies by. She reminds me a lot of myself and I love her and all of her little complexities. Here are a couple of shots from a recent shoot with her.

I got to see an old friend from high school this past weekend and take pictures of her family! We had so much fun and the girls even got to ride on a real horse!!! I haven't gotten to edit the horsey pics yet, but here are some of my favorites so far.

I had the privilege of photographing Jada today. She is 2 and she is captivating! I don't know how anyone who meets her, for the rest of her life, will have any choice but to fall madly in love with her. She is precious and I am so glad that I got to meet her. I'm still editing the photos, but here are my favs so far...
